Who you are contracting with

SDET AJAY is the seller and provider of this interview-preparation platform and its educational content. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

Accounts

Keep your account credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You can export supported account data from the account page. Creating a free account does not enroll you in a paid course or automatically buy anything.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe another party’s intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape content in bulk, or attempt to access accounts or material you have not purchased. We may remove material or suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious violations. We may also refuse or remove unsafe AI-generated material.

Learning materials and AI

SDET AJAY retains ownership of its software, lessons, questions, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials made available to you; do not redistribute or resell them. You must have rights to any material you submit and remain responsible for your prompts and how you use AI outputs. Automated answers can be inaccurate: verify them independently and do not rely on them as regulated professional advice. Report rights concerns using the contact page; repeated infringement may result in account suspension.

Digital purchases and billing

Ebooks are priced individually; courses are ₹299 each as one-time purchases. Pro is ₹99 per month or ₹499 per year and includes all published ebooks, the four learning tracks, and AI mock interviews while your subscription is active. Pro renews automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal from the Pricing page to retain access until the end of the paid period. Plan switching is temporarily unavailable while Razorpay proration is verified. Taxes, if applicable, are confirmed at checkout. Courses currently consist of self-paced tracks through the existing materials; they do not include video classes, coaching, or certifications. Existing free tutorials remain public. Razorpay processes payments on behalf of SDET AJAY. Contact SDET AJAY for product support, billing questions and refund requests. SDET AJAY is responsible for applicable tax obligations.

Refund Policy

Availability and results

We may update or discontinue material or features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability, interview success, employment, certification, or professional qualification. Keep copies of your own work where appropriate. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
